UKRAINE
Ukraine is an incredible country full of history and pride. Remnants of the former Soviet Union can still be found throughout the country, and the Capital of Kiev recently celebrated 1500 years of existence. However there is much poverty and a tremendous need of the Gospel in this country.
GYM has been sending teams to Ukraine to serve alongside local ministries since 2002 and wants to continue impacting this nation for the years ahead! This July, a group of Northern Alberta teens will be participating in a Global Youth Missions team to serve at a kids summer camp and other local outreaches. Please pray for them as they make a difference in the lives of the Ukrainian people!
If you or someone you know would be interested in leading a team to the Ukraine in the future, please contact us at

SLOVAKIA
God is at work in Slovakia, and after launching YC Slovakia in 2011, passion for the country has been ignited in the hearts of many. This July, Global Youth Missions will be sending a team to partner with YC Slovakia on July 11-14 and participate in camp, gypsie, and coffee shop ministry. Opportunities are still available for individuals or complete teams. Please contact us for details:

ENGLAND
This July, a group of youth from Edmonton, Alberta will be crossing the pond to Brighton, England to serve through missions! Please join us in praying for them as they go!
IRELAND
Ireland has a long and deep rooted religious history and a need for God's love and grace to bring healing and passion back to the nation. A Global Youth Missions team of young adults will be going to Ireland in late June and early July 2012. While there, they will be working with various churches throughout the country, ministering in pubs and clubs, doing community outreach, and ending the trip by putting on a conference to engage leaders in the area. Spots are still available; see below for details.
