Big Picture Kingdom Mentality

GYM is committed to being part of sustainable ministry. We are an organization that is committed to each country we send teams to, and we will send more teams to ‘finish the work you have started’ if your team is not able to return the following year.

We Excel in Providing Resources For Team Training

  • GYM will provide all the resources and support needed for pastors/leaders who are looking for an initial short-term missions experience
  • GYM will provide additional training, resources and leadership development for experienced team leaders.
  • GYM can also provide an opportunity for experienced leaders to partner with and develop new leaders
  • GYM will have a country coordinator that has experience in the host country

Team Preparations

  • GYM will provide a Country Coordinator who facilitates the ministry opportunities, and helps you as a leader to connect with local leaders in your destination country.
  • GYM will provide Trip Planning, Budgeting, and Itinerary.

In Country Support

  • Global Youth Missions Personnel have experience in each destination country.
  • All teams will have 24 hour access to GYM personnel in Canada and on the ground.
  • We work directly with an in-country host in case of emergency or other difficulties.
  • We provide crisis planning procedures and policies.

In many GYM locations an opportunity to be part of a YC

  • Your team will have the opportunity to participate & minister at the event by being part of the volunteer team and will have the opportunity to bring youth to the event and participate in the event with the people that you have built relationships with.
  • Global Youth Missions works directly with international YC conferences.
